• notebooks containing old IOLI Bulletins, available for checkout

• Two binders of previous local Newsletters back to 2003 - a history of OTL
• thread, beads, starch, blow-dryer, contact paper, cardstock in 2 colors, odds and ends
• smaller quilted bag in bottom drawer, along with older (our history) newsletters, some flyers, some business cards

• Martha J has 3 gold banners and 2 red tablecloths in a black duffel bag in her garage
• When not in use by students, the beginner kits (5 of them) are at Sally J’s house
• Pam owns a long red tablecloth to lend as needed
• 24" pillow stored at Martha's apartment when it is not checked out. Checkout card is filed with library book cards in the Library cubbies. Also, the tall black velvet roller pillow.

BY-LAWS adopted in 2016:
Article I-Name
The name of this organization shall be: Oregon Trail Lacemakers. It is a Charter Member of International Organization of Lace, Inc.
Article II-Purpose
The object of this organization shall be to promote interest in fine old laces and preserve them for posterity; and to study the history of lace, learn the names of laces, make lace, teach lacemaking, and hold lacemaking demonstrations and exhibits.
Article III-Membership
Section 1: The membership of the Oregon Trail Lacemakers shall include any interested lace collector or lacemaker upon payment of prescribed dues.
Section 2: The member(s) may belong to more lace groups than just the Oregon Trail Lacemakers. All principal members of the Oregon Trail Lacemakers shall have priority in all programs and classes given by the Oregon Trail Lacemakers.
Article IV-Dues
Section I: The annual dues of this organization shall be $12.00 per member payable annually in October for the upcoming calendar year.
Section II: At least three members of the above named organization shall also be members of the International Organization of Lace, Inc.
Section III: The fiscal year shall begin January 1st.
Article V-Meetings
Meetings shall be held at a time and place agreeable to the majority of the members. Decision-making is currently executed by committee with agreement from majority of members.
Article VI-Amendments
These By-Laws may be amended by a majority vote of all members of the Oregon Trail Lacemakers. This may be by voice or ballot. There must be a 30-day written notice to all members of proposed amendments.
Article VII-Dissolution
If the Oregon Trail Lacemakers is dissolved at any time in the future, all articles, assets, and funds owned by Oregon Trail Lacemakers will be offered to other lacemaking groups in the region, as determined by the membership, in conformity with Section 501 of the IRS code.
Article VIII-Parliamentary Authority
The Parliamentary Authority shall be Roberts Rules of Parliamentary Procedures, newly revised, in all cases not otherwise covered in these By-Laws.
